The Classic Pork Sampler is a low commitment way to try some our great products or if you have limited freezer space.
Rule of thumb: 30lbs = 1 cuft freezer space.
Our sampler comes with 25lbs (+/- 5lbs) of pork consisting of the following cuts:
-8lbs Ground Sausage (8 packs). 2x Mild, 2x Spicy, 2x Italian, 2x Chorizo
-4lbs Bacon (4 packs)
-5lbs Pork Chops (2 packs w/ 4 chops each)
-Boston Butt or Picnic Roast (5-7 lbs)*
*At time of order specify in the order notes if you'd like Boston Butt or Picnic Roast
